Hello, my name is Ngan. I am currently a Ph.D student at CCDS, NTU, Singapore, under the supervision of Asst. Prof. Yoonchang Sung. My research interest is optimization and learning-based planning for robotics and autonomous systems.

• 2026.01:   I started my PhD at NTU.
• 2025.12:   I successfully defended my master’s thesis titled “A Deep Reinforcement Learning Framework with Edge-Aware Encoding for the Traveling Salesman Problem with Drone”.
• 2025.01:   New Paper “Navigation variable-based multi-objective particle swarm optimization for UAV path planning with kinematic constraints” on Neural Computing and Applications.
